Make Me Visible - Culture Crew

Katie is working in partnership with West Midlands Circus Centre (WMCC) and Rogue Play to deliver Make Me Visible - an inclusive programme supporting adults with disabilities to explore event management and gain hands-on experience by producing their first live event.

The programme is designed to build confidence, skills and visibility within the cultural sector. Participants are supported to make creative and practical decisions, learn how events are planned and delivered, and put that learning into practice in a supportive, real-world setting.

Sessions look at all elements of event management, including programming, budgeting, marketing, and also practical hands on sessions including in lighting, sound, photography and stage management, with guest professionals also invited.
Participants in this cohort are known as the 'Culture Crew'.
